Terms of Service

Effective 30 August 2026. These terms govern the outbound meetings service provided by Steady Courier ("we") to the subscribing business ("you").

The service

We research prospects matching the ideal customer profile agreed with you, contact them on your behalf, handle replies, and hand over or book qualified meetings. Service begins at go-live (when your campaign starts sending), not at signature. Scope, volume, and sequence details are set in your order.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in arrears: at the end of each service month, for the month you received. The one-time setup fee is payable upfront and is non-refundable; it covers infrastructure built specifically for you. Billing runs from go-live.

Guarantee

If your most recent paid month did not satisfy you, tell us within 7 days of its invoice and that month's service fee is refunded. The guarantee covers the last paid month only and does not cover the setup fee.

Term and cancellation

Month to month. Either party may end the service effective the end of the current service month by written notice (email suffices). No cancellation fees.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you give us about your business is accurate, that you are authorized to have us contact prospects on your behalf, and that you will review and approve campaign materials we submit to you. We may decline or stop any campaign that would be unlawful or deceptive.

Compliance

Outreach is sent to United States business recipients with accurate sender identification and subject lines, a physical postal address, and a functioning opt-out honored promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Suppression requests are applied across your campaign immediately.

Intellectual property and data

Campaign copy we produce for you may be used by you for the campaigns we run together. Prospect data we compile remains part of our working systems; data about your business remains yours. Neither party uses the other's confidential information outside the service.

Liability

The service is provided with professional care but without any promised quantity of replies or meetings — published figures are arithmetic examples, not commitments. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
