Steady Courier
A person approves each campaign · every send logged

We don't promise you a number.

Every other agency that books sales meetings will. Here is what we actually do, if you sell to other businesses: we find the companies most likely to buy from you, email the right person there in your name, handle the replies, and when someone wants to talk, a sales meeting lands on your calendar. Instead of promising how many, we publish the arithmetic so you can check it yourself.

What you get

Operated for you

We do the work: research into who to write to, emails written for one reader at a time, and the email addresses they go out from — set up and looked after by us, under your brand. You agree the targeting; we run it.

A person approves it

A person approves each campaign before it goes live and every reply to an interested buyer before it is sent; every email that leaves is logged. Plain text, accurate subject lines, a working opt-out, and a physical postal address on every email — compliance is architecture here, not a checkbox.

Accountable

A weekly report with the numbers that matter. Billed at the end of each month, for the month you already received. If your last paid month wasn't worth it, it's refunded.

How it runs

From a customer profile we agree with you to meetings on your calendar

01We build the listThe companies most likely to buy from you, and the right person at each — found and checked, from the customer profile we agree with you.
02A person approves itThe targeting and the emails, before the campaign goes live; every reply to an interested buyer, individually. Recorded, every time.
03We email themShort, plain messages a person would write, sent at a human pace — a few at a time, building up over weeks, never in bursts.
04We handle the repliesAnswered the same day. An interested buyer moves forward; a no ends their emails, immediately.
05A meeting on your calendarWith someone who can decide, confirmed — the only thing we ask to be judged on.

Every plan: billed in arrears — end of month, for the month received · monthly, stop any time · last paid month refundable. Email counts are "up to" for a reason: the moment a prospect replies, their remaining emails are cancelled — you're paying for people reached, not for volume blasted. Ready? Start with the fit check — it's a form, not a funnel.

What a meeting costs you

What the market charges for this, at 2026 rates: a standard agency-set appointment runs $150–500, and a deeply qualified meeting — decision-maker confirmed, the kind we book — runs $550–1,700+. Retainer agencies bill $2,000–10,000 a month for the same work, and a salesperson hired to do this full-time (an SDR) works out to $470–1,040 per meeting once you count salary and tools. (Sources: HitRate Solutions, 2026 US appointment-setting rates · Outbound System, 2026 pricing guide.)

Growth is $525/month for 1,000 prospects contacted. The industry-benchmark reply rate for cold email — email to someone who has not heard from you before — is 3.43% (Woodpecker 2026 study, 20M+ emails). Roughly 40% of replies are positive; about half of those become a booked call. That works out to ~7 meetings a month — about $77 each. Run it pessimistically — 2% reply, 30% positive — and it's 3 meetings at $175 each. Either way it sits under the bottom of the qualified-meeting range; at benchmark it isn't close.

Scale: $0–1,700 per booked meeting. Same arithmetic as the calculator below — change the assumptions and check us.

You pay after the month, not before

Billing is in arrears: at the end of each month, for the month you already received. If your last paid month didn't satisfy you, it's refunded. That is the whole guarantee — no asterisks, and no promised meeting counts to argue about, because the incentive is structural: we only keep getting paid if the months keep being worth paying for.

Questions, answered directly
What is Steady Courier?

We find the companies most likely to buy from you, email them in your name, handle the replies, and book the interested ones as sales meetings on your calendar — for companies that sell to other businesses. In industry terms: a founder-operated outbound agency that books qualified B2B sales meetings, on a sending platform we built ourselves. The current channel is email; the deliverable is meetings.

Is Steady Courier legitimate?

Yes. Steady Courier is operated by its founder, Slim Labbane Dit Kalti, reachable directly at contact@steadycourier.com. Our outreach comes only from our dedicated steadycourier sending domains — the complete list is in the sending-domains answer below. We publish our pricing, our billing terms, and the arithmetic behind our claims on this page, and every outreach email we send carries a working opt-out and a postal address as US law requires.

What does it cost?

Growth: $525/month for 1,000 prospects contacted, with a $179 one-time setup. Scale: $825/month for 2,000, $299 setup. Enterprise: $1,450/month for 4,000, $499 setup. Above that, scoped on a call. Every prospect gets up to 3 emails — so Growth is up to 3,000 emails a month, Scale 6,000, Enterprise 12,000 — and the remaining emails are cancelled the moment the prospect replies. Every plan includes a standing strategy meeting — monthly on Growth and Scale, weekly on Enterprise and Custom (what happens in it is answered below). Billed at the end of each month; monthly terms; stop any time.

Who is Slim Labbane Dit Kalti?

The founder and operator, also known as Slim Kalti. Slim runs strategy, client relationships, and the human approval gate on every campaign, on top of a sending platform built specifically for this service. One operator, deliberately few clients at a time.

How is this different from lead-gen agencies or sales tools?

Against agencies: at 2026 rates a deeply qualified booked meeting runs $550–1,700+ (standard, less-qualified appointments $150–500); our published arithmetic works out to roughly $77–175 per qualified meeting. Against tools: sales-email software is something you still have to operate — the contact data, keeping the emails out of spam, the writing, the replies, 15–20 hours a month. We sell the operated outcome, not the software.

How does it actually work?

We agree with you who your ideal customer is, build a list of those companies and the right person at each, and write each of them up to three short, plain emails a person would actually send — days apart, and stopped the moment they reply. A person approves each campaign before it goes live and every reply to an interested buyer before it is sent; every email is logged. Replies are handled the same day; interested buyers are handed to you or booked straight onto your calendar. You get a weekly report with sends, replies, and meetings.

What happens in the strategy meeting?

It's a working session, not a check-in. The standing agenda has three parts: your numbers — what was sent, what replied, what booked, the same figures as your reports; what the testing learned — which subject lines and angles earned positive replies, which objections came up most, and what we changed because of it; and the next period's targeting — who we go after next, decided together. Monthly on Growth and Scale, weekly on Enterprise and Custom. You leave each one knowing what your next report should show.

Why do you bill after the month?

Because it moves the risk to our side of the table, where it belongs. You're billed at the end of each month for the month you received, and your last paid month is refundable if it didn't satisfy you. We'd rather earn retention monthly than lock you into a quarter.

Is this CAN-SPAM compliant?

Yes — by architecture, not by policy. Our platform only sends to the United States market with accurate, non-deceptive subject lines, a physical postal address and a working opt-out on every email, suppression honored immediately, and a recorded human approval behind every campaign and every reply.

Which domains does Steady Courier send from?

Our outreach email comes only from dedicated sending domains operated by Steady Courier. The current list (updated 30 August 2026): getsteadycourier.com, gosteadycourier.com, joinsteadycourier.com, steadycourierco.com, steadycourierhq.com, and trysteadycourier.com. If you received an email from one of these, it's us, and replying works normally. This page is the authoritative registry — we update it whenever we add or retire a sending domain, and a machine-readable copy is at /sending-domains.json — so if an email claims to be Steady Courier from a domain that isn't listed here, don't trust it on sight: forward it to contact@steadycourier.com and we'll confirm either way. This site's domain, steadycourier.com, is never used for cold email.

How do I log in and see my numbers?

Your numbers come to you either way — a weekly report every Monday and a month-end report with your invoice, both replyable. The client portal with the live dashboard is already built and opens with your campaign: magic-link sign-in — enter the email we work with, a sign-in link arrives, no passwords. The client access page has the details.

How do I get started?

With a fit check — a short form: what you sell, who buys it, the volume you're considering. The operator reads it and answers honestly, including when the answer is no. If it's a fit: onboarding with the one-time setup fee, then the email addresses your campaign will send from are set up within days and warmed up for about three weeks — new addresses need a history before inbox providers trust them — and monthly billing starts only at go-live, when sending and weekly reports begin.

What's the contract? How do I stop?

Monthly. No long-term commitment, no cancellation fee. Say the word before the next month starts and you simply aren't billed again — and your last paid month remains covered by the refund guarantee. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable; it covers the setup built for you in week one.

About

Steady Courier exists because the problem with sales email was never volume — it's trust and consistency. The name is the promise: a courier that keeps showing up, carrying messages a person approved, to people they were actually written for. Founder-operated by Slim Labbane Dit Kalti, and built to serve a deliberately small number of clients at a time.
