OnboardingA short working session: your ideal customer, your calendar, your approval flow. The one-time setup fee ($179–499 by plan) is invoiced here — the only money before month-end.

Build & warmupDedicated sending domains and mailboxes, built for you within days, then warmed for about three weeks. Monthly billing hasn't started yet.

Go-liveSending starts, weekly reports start, and billing runs from this day — your first invoice arrives at the end of the month, with the month-end report.

Why the three weeks

New sending domains that start cold get filtered — mailbox providers trust senders that have history, and history can't be faked. So your infrastructure warms before it works: real activity, ramped volume, weekday pace. We build it the day onboarding completes so the clock starts immediately. The wait is what makes the mail land, and you aren't billed a monthly fee during it.

Paying

Two payments, in this order. The one-time setup fee ($179 Growth, $299 Scale, $499 Enterprise, scoped on Custom) is invoiced at onboarding and is non-refundable — it pays for infrastructure built specifically for you. The monthly fee is billed in arrears from go-live: at the end of each month, for the month you received, with your last paid month refundable if it didn't satisfy you. The month-end report arrives with the invoice, so you read what you're paying for before you pay it. Full terms: Terms of Service.
